Case ID Status Is Null in 812 (Doc ID 2983842.1)

Symptoms


There are 2 system generated cases that have a case ID status of null: CA43555 (created - Mar 08) and CA1511627 (created – May 29)
These cases cannot be viewed in ECM UI
Users will not be able to promote to case since case is already attached to the risk assessment
As per Oracle, status is null due to the Process Modeling Framework (PMF) process not triggered
There is a record for both cases in the FCT_RA tables linked to both case IDs
