Missing Audit Trail In ECM For Two Cases. (Doc ID 2984055.1)

For 2 cases, the audit trail in ECM screen is only showing part of audit trail (actions), while we can see more records from DB.
We need to know what happen and how we can display the full audit trails as this is requested by regulators.
