Last Accessed Case is not Showing in Order Last Accessed (Doc ID 2984099.1)

The active cases list in the Argus Safety application gets shuffled for users and the last accessed case does not always appear on the top of the list.

Navigation: [Active Cases] > Last Accessed Cases

Steps to Replicate:


Now showing in the below order in the Last Accessed Case List:






So although all cases are present, they are no longer in the sequential order the cases were last accessed, so this can be replicated.
