Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login to CS as CS Analyst user

Step 2 : Open CS Real time screening UI.

Step 3 : Click on scan and investigate by providing all mandatory values.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue that user encountered error while accessing CSRT UI as below.
