Symptoms
CS Zipper Queue Count Mismatch
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access Customer screening application and go to queues
2. Check the counter value shown on the queue and also verify the counter value inside the queue opening it
Actual Behavior:
Both the count values are not matching
Expected Behavior:
Both the count should match
