When run the SL batch for 31-JUL-2023 and 31-AUG-2023 FSI_INS_ACCOUNTING_DIM_MAP table doesn't load data based on FIC_MIS_DATE.

During August SL batch run it uses 31-JUL-2023 data for execution and doesn't clean up and load data for 31-AUG-2023

WHEN WE RUN 31-AUG-2023, IT HAS CLEANUP DATA FOR 31-JUL-2023

FSI_SUB_LED_CSM_GROUP_DIM_MAP HOLD ONLY DATA FOR ONE FIC_MIS_DATE.
