OPLA Installation Fails With Error ORA-00959: Tablespace '{tablespace_name}' Does Not Exist When Custom Tablespace Name Given During Installation (Doc ID 2985411.1)

Symptoms

Oralce Product Lifecycle Analytics (OPLA) installation fails with below error in ODM_DLL.log when providing custom tablename during the installation:
 
ORA-00959: tablespace '{tablespace_name}' does not exist



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run OPLA installer by running OPLASetup.exe or OPLASetup.bin.
2. Go through the installation, and it will prompt to input the Repository Tablespace Name as below:
   Repository Tablespace Name (Default AGILEODI):
   Repository Tablespace Name (Default AGILEODM):
   Repository Tablespace Name (Default AGILE_INDX):
   
3. Provide the custom tablespace name (i.e. AGILEODM_INDX) and not the default table space name.
4. Install fails with below error in ODM_DLL.log:
   ORA-00959: tablespace 'AGILEODM_INDX' does not exist
