Unable to Update Asset Points On A Newly Added Asset (Doc ID 2985702.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User added a new asset to a PAID OFF Loan and then substituted this asset as primary.

User is unable to update points on the asset. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow user to update the points on the asset.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Created an account and made it PAID OFF 
2. Added a new asset as Substitute and marked as primary.
3. Update the points on the asset.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the assets points for the new assets added to the PAID OFF Loan.
