EVC's Are Groomed off Circuits Via EWO Order but Remain Associated to Those Circuits in the Circuit Hierarchy and on the GLR (Doc ID 2985790.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 09, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution - Version 6.3.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

EVC was groomed (EWO Change order not MSS Network Groom tool) on an EWO change order and DLRD issued. The Circuits groomed from were in Pending disco status (Red) on the GLR.

The EWO order is now DD complete but the EVC is still associated with the previous circuit(s) and they are not disappearing from the GLR. This remains true even after answering “Yes” to the question “There are disconnect lines on this design. Remove disconnect Lines?”
