Lease Module - Business only application - Account Title is not displaing as per the application data

Create  Lease application using BUSINESS Only option through UI. Enter all the business details and submit the request. Login into the application check the application created. System is displaying 'UNDEFINED' under title next to the application number.

System should display the title next to the application number instead of UNDEFINED

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a new application using BUS option
2. Verify the Application Title
3. Title should display the correct title as entered during the application entry
