EBS-PS: Opening PS Plan From PS Workbench Ends in Errors "APS Integration Failed" and "Unexpected End Of ZLIB Input Stream" (Doc ID 2986356.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open PS Plan/Model from PS workbench, the following error occurs.

"APS Integration Failed"
"Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to Production Scheduler Responsibility - Navigate to Production Scheduler and Launch PS plan.
2. Navigate to Production scheduler and Open PS workbench.
3. Search and select the PS plan. Use "Open existing plan from the server" option to open.
4. Observe it ends in an error: "APS integration Failed" "Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream".
