Goal

Getting the following error for all Multi-Threaded Applications (MTAs) which are calling any stored procedure:

Earlier, this restriction was not there and coming post Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 PatchSet (PS) 8 upgrade.

Is there any modification from PS4 to PS8 upgrade?
