On : 5.1.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment
Scenario: Error is thrown when CNCL inbound message is reprocessed.
Enroll a new membership effective 01-01-2023 to 12-31-2023. An error is thrown saying “The requested status CANCEL for business object Business Object CM-IndMembership (Membership ID 451086243662561 ) is not allowed from the current status DRAFT.”
