ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OSM Cloud Native: error when running create-instance after upgrading to OSM 7.4.1.0.13
The customer upgrading to OSM CN 7.4.1.0.13 in the dev instance but it is failing. If it succeeds then we will run it PROD instance
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Ceate image osm-cn-base and osm-DB installer
2. By using the latest CNTK scripts (7.4.1.0.13) and the previous repo directory, they the script for the delete instance :
$OSM_CNTK/scripts/delete-instance.sh -p osm-cn -i dev
3. Then after running for upgrading DB $OSM_CNTK/scripts/install-osmdb.sh -p osm-cn -i dev -s $SPEC_PATH -c 1
4. Running create instance: $OSM_CNTK/scripts/create-instance.sh -p osm-cn -i dev -s $SPEC_PATH -m /home/adminapp/CN/cntk_741013_DEV/repo
5. Error in instrospector pod logs
1. WLSDPLY-09334: Application EAI_SOM_Adapter not found. Please specify a valid application for deletion
6. Did not modify any custom tpl files that are already run in the previous version, copied all repo to the new directory
