Early Replenishment exceptions not generated when plan option is set to Constrained Without Detailed Scheduling. 
Firm Planned Order for a make item with Due Date=16 Oct 2023. The Planned Order is pegged to a Sales Order with due date = 6 Nov 2023. No order exception in generated.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / Supply Chain Plan
1. Open Plan Options - set Plan type to Constrained Without Scheduling Plan.
2. Open Launch, pick plan and submit request.
3. When completed, open Workbench and view the Exception Summary.
