Symptoms
On : 8.1.2.1 version, Documentation_OFSS
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
1. Create a test user
2. Map test user to the usergroup "XYZ" (sysadmn and sysauth - tasks can be done successfully)
3. Unmap usergroup "XYZ" (sysadmn and sysauth - tasks can be done successfully)
4. Map same usergroup in point 2 "XYZ" (ISSUE - able to map the user again using sysadmn in UI but sysauth cannot see it under his tasks for authorization)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approval request should go to SYSAUTH
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reassign the same user group to user
2. remove the initial mapping
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the request in the SYSAUTH for the approval
