Goal

We have updated the parameters in the scenario configuration according to the document(https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E91253_01/PDF/8.0.8.0.0/atug_plat_8.0.8.pdf), but it seems that they have not taken effect. We have checked that the data in the table has been updated,

But there is no update in the corresponding XML under '../database/db_tools/data/'.
