Symptoms

In some scenarios when Call Detail Record (CDR( is rejected on OCECE DC customer see double call details records generated in suspense folder. As a resulted there were double suspended events in the Data Base (DB). One such example is when uplink and downlink are null for General packet radio service (GPRS) events. Then converting them to decimal format fails, exception is raised and CDR is rejected. But there were two identical BADRECNAR files created in suspense folder.

From log it can also be seen that 1 request was rejected. But there were double BADRECNAR files generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Use Node Programming Language(NPL) similar to customer (using downlink and uplink variables), that are set as BIGDECIMAL type in PAYLOADDATATYPE. Also use function str2decimal to be able to sum them up. Process CDR that has downlink and uplink variables set to NULL, then double suspended events will be generated.
