Symptoms

When attempting to install/create a new P6 database via Azure SQL Server Instance, the following error occurs:

ERROR

NullPointerException: null (null)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the dbsetup.bat.
2. Select install database.
3. Select SQL Server.
4. Select Next.
5. Error occurs and cannot make progress.
