SIM Generates Incomplete Unit And Amount Stock Count When Guided With Breakdown By Location (Doc ID 2988188.1)

SIM is generating an incomplete Stock Count when using Guided with breakdown by Location. This error occurs when there is a location with more items than the limit defined by the system configuration UNIT_AND_AMOUNT_COUNT_UI_LIMIT.
For this scenario, the expected behaviour was to perform multiple breakdowns based on the limit.
This error only occurs for Guided Unit and Amount stock counts with breakdown by Location.

Steps to recreate:

1: Create Product Group Unit Amount Guided with Breakdown by Location for all departments.
2: Schedule the Stock Count
3: When the Stock Count date arrives, execute the batch ExtractUnitAmountStockCount to explode the Stock count.
4: The exploded Stock Count is incomplete when there's a location with more items that the limit defined by the config UNIT_AND_AMOUNT_COUNT_UI_LIMIT.
