ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

RMS is not allowing the Inventory Adjustment to decrement the inventory for the ‘D’eleted statuses via RIB but, through UI, it is able to achieve this.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
-----------------------
RMS should allow the Inventory Adjustment to decrement the inventory for the ‘D’eleted statuses via RIB and via UI.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Item Loc combination through RMS Front End
2. Mark the item at that location in Deleted status
3. Now perform the Inv Adj for that item at that location through UI, it will be successful.
4. Now perform the Inv Adj for that item at that location through Rib(directly passing message), it will fail.
