SCDCPP Log Is Not Getting Generated For Some SCDs / Unable To View Captured MERGE Query

Symptoms
On AAI 8.1.x version, some SCDs only have FICGEN log generated in FTPSHARE location and therefore shown in View Logger screen.
In lack of SCDCPP log, user is not able to find the MERGE query. There are some SCDCPP logs though in FTPSHARE location dating recently.
