Symptoms

In the current scenario, Billing and Revenue Manager (BRM) environment is upgraded from 7.5 PatchSet 17 (7.5 PS17) to BRM 12 PS8 on Oracle Database (DB) 19c.
During the upgrade was observed that GRANT_DD stored procedure is not compiling properly.
