ALM 8.1.2.2 Process Fails With Multiple ORA Errors And Core Dump When Process Tuning Is Enabled And TP Method Is Selected (Doc ID 2990133.1)

Symptoms

When Process Tuning is configured, a few random id_numbers crashing and generating core dump. When a Deal (ID_NUMBER) is crashing, the entire product gets eliminated from result set.
If Process Tuning is set, the ALM process completes for all the Products.

All options of process tuning was tested, without slicing and with slicing, dedicated and cooperative same behavior, process fails with core dump:
