Symptoms
While running an ALM Process against Swaps (Leg = 1), if a COMPOUND_BASIS_CD of "130" is used, the Interest Cash Flow amount is approximately double the expected amount. As a result, the Interest Accrual is also higher than expected.
If change the COMPOUND_BASIS_CD to 120 or 160, the Interest Cash Flow amount decreases to the expected value.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the process in ALM for swap contract
2. Check and compare results
