UIM 7.5.0| Topology With Large Number Of Nodes And Links Does Not Load (Doc ID 2990922.1)

Current on our production server, we have an issue on the Topology page, where if we search for a node which has large number of nodes, the Topology takes more amount of time and eventually does not load the page.

We are mainly having TopologyNodes associated to the Logicaldevice and properytlocation. In this case the node we are searching has 1040 connections to other nodes.

Technically Topology should be shown for any number of connections. When we checked in the query in the AWR report the query to fetch the data from the Topology is taking 805.97 secs. The query which we executed is also executed directly . When we run the query in the SQL Developer with the values replaced against the parameters, the query is also taking lot of time and is not completing. So, it has to do the query and the volume of results. And hence when the same SQL is run from the web logic there are stuck threads.

The rebuild topology which was run is run from the UIM UI and is a OOTB process. There is no customization on the process.
