Before Lab Data Is Saved It Is Replaced With The Previous Lab Test Name In The MedDRA Browser

Symptoms
When adding more than one Lab Test to a case in the Patient > Lab Data section and the first Lab Test is not saved, the second Lab Test is displayed in the MedDRA Browser with the name of the first Lab Test.
1. In the Patient tab > Lab Data section
2. Click on Add Test
3. Enter 'Lab Data Test as Reported' = Fever24
4. Tab out of the field
5. MedDRA Browser window appears with No Records Found
6. Select cancel in the MedDRA Browser window
7. Do not save
8. Click on Add Test again
9. Enter 'Lab Data Test as Reported' = Fever23
10. Tab out of the field
11. MedDRA Browser window appears with LLT = Fever23
12. No records found
13. Select cancel in the MedDRA window
14. Click on Encode button for this record
15. MedDRA Browser window appears with LLT = Fever24 <--- this is the problem
This occurs regardless of whether the first Lab Test is coded or not.
