Concurrent Program Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux (MSCNPL64.exe) Fails Immediately With Signal 11 (Doc ID 2993013.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run an Advanced Supply Chain Planning plan, the following error occurs in the log file of the concurrent program Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux (MSCNPL64.exe):

ERROR
-----------------------
/us1001/oracle/ASCP/fs2/EBSapps/appl/msc/12.0.0/bin/MSCNPL64.exe
Program was terminated by signal 11


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation: Supply Chain Plan > Launch
3. Enter the necessary parameters to run the plan.
