While running an MRP Plan, a recommendation is being made in the Planners Workbench to reschedule out a Purchase Order (PO) while another recommendation is made to create a new Planned Order when the current Purchase Order could be used instead.

The expectation is that the Purchase Order with the reschedule out recommendation should be used rather than creating a new Planned Order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility:  Material Planner
2. Navigation:  MRP > Launch
3. Enter the parameters to launch the plan
