A user with a Bidder account cannot reset the password due to a Security Question issue.

The following is returned to the Sign In page:

There are no security questions set for this user. Please call your administrator or email support.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the Unifier partner link.
  2. Put in in bidder username/e-mail.
  3. Click on the "Forget Password" hyperlink to reset the password.
  4. The above is returned to the sign in page even though there is no Password Policy applied for bidder accounts based on the setting.
