Process All Button on the Activity Screen Skips the TransactionTimes Business Rules (BR) Settings (Doc ID 2993483.1)

On : 11.3.1.18 version, Client Activity

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using TransactionTimes BR, the system ignores the rule settings when selecting the Process All button on the Activity Screen.
The Transactions are processed without any validations.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TransactionTimes BR should impacts actions from the Activity Screen UI which includes Process All and all of the actions on the Activity screen.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to RP application.
2. Configure the TransactionTimes BR to use the ALLOW/PROHIBIT Element.
3. Login to OIPA application.
4. Click on the Process All on the Activity Screen
5. All Transactions are process regardless of the setting in the TransactionTimes BR.
