Symptoms

Previously we are able to add same model type WS-C3850 devices in UIM.  Now nodes not getting added in UIM PD (Physical Device) only showing in LD (Logical device) of UIM.

Discovery of node completed through NI but reconciliation of discrepancies fails with following error:

   UIM Error: Characteristic "<name>" Has a Maximum Length of 100. You Entered "<125 Characters>" Which Has a Length of 125
