User Already Logged In Message when User Tries to Login (Doc ID 2993961.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On a Load Balance configured Environment, and Allow user to log in and logout for the first time.

On the second attempt user tries to login a message is displayed saying "User already logged in"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
user should be allowed to login.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps on a load balancer setup :

1)Disable Multiple machine login in the environment.

2) Allow the user to login and logout for the first time

3)Try to login

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to login simultaneously
