Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Business Process (BP) Record Number/ID in Unifier does not match the Record Number/ID in the system-generated e-mail Notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Record Number/ID in Unifier should match what is in the e-mail Notification

EXAMPLE
-----------------------
When creating a BP record in Unifier the Record Number/ID is seen as BP-0012, however the Record Number/ID seen in the system-generated e-mail Notification is BP-1007.
