Goal

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 15.0.0.0.0 version, Diameter Gateway

Consider ECE does not have integration with Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) using Sy interface directly, but they need to generate Spending-Limit-Notification for external system for QoS handling. Is it possible to generate Spending Limit Request (SLR) when a Gy session comes in?
