ALM User With Only Read Role Is Unable To View Bucket-wise Information In Time Buckets Screen

Symptoms
On ALM 8.0.7.4, user having only Read Role is unable to view bucket wise information in "Time Buckets".
User has the "Time Buckets - View" function assigned to it, still he is able to only see below for Income Simulation Buckets:
- Frequency is 1 all across the range.
- Multiplier is empty.
- Only 1 Start Date for first bucket, any other date is empty.
