IIA_CALCULATION batch failing in the last task for all portfolios i.e DT_IIA_FSI_OUTPUT_TBL_DELETION

Below is the Error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG_TABLE_DATA

Error while inserting to FCT_IFRS_COHORT_OUTPUT for run id xxxxxx and fic mis date xxxxxxxx ORA-00001: unique constraint (<ATOMIC>.PK_xxx) violated
