Help Does Not Work (Doc ID 2994663.1)

In an Framework(FW) environment using Weblogic with a WLS patch update of or higher and a version of Oracle Utilities Application Framework that uses ohelp (typically this is through FW version because and higher does not use ohelp), there are errors as below and the help feature within the software does not work at all.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use an environment with Weblogic and patch set or higher and Oracle Utilities ohelp implementation
2. Attempt to use help but it is not successful
3. See error in the weblogic logs for the managed server hosting help

Further research has shown that this coherence problem has caused issues that manifested in different areas depending on what the customer had in their environment, if they were restarting servers or not, which pieces of their deployments used Coherence, etc:

Forms and Reports not starting
Managed server not starting
Upon restarting admin server, get coherence errors in the logs
OID and OAM services not coming up
ADF Error
And of course, this issue with ohelp not working in OUAF products.
