PMDA only accepts 2 latest versions of JFMDA dictionary.

As of December 2023, 2 latest dictionary versions are 4 and 5.

PMDA announces that they will release version 6 in the near future.

I am still using version 4. Thus, once version 6 becomes available for PMDA Device report, PMDA no longer accepts version 4.
