iOS App: Only the First Task Will Open in the App After Which an Alert Pops Up or There Is No Response When Trying To Open Others (Doc ID 2995088.1)

Using the iOS mobile app, users are only able to Open the first Task, after which an Alert pops up or there is no response when trying to open others.

All Tasks open when using the Android mobile app.


Expect the tasks can be opened successfully in iOS app.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into iOS Unifier app.
  2. Go to run synchronization and it complete successfully.
  3. Go to task list.
  4. Click each task to open/view the record detail, only the first task can be opened.
  5. The other tasks cannot be opened/viewed.
