Symptoms

When attempting to view any files from Agile after upgrading to RUP 25,
the following error occurs.

Specified file could not be located. Please contact the administrator


Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Agile PLM.
2. Add new file, or open existing file.
3. Click on view.
4. Notice the error
