On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When executing a query report to compare the query statuses among the 3 InForm Operational Data tables (IRV_CUR_QUERY, IRV_QUERY_REVS and IRV_QUERY_STATE_CHANGES), all of these queries appear as closed in InForm, but they have varying statuses among the 3 tables.
There are mismatches between IRV_CUR_QUERY and IRV_QUERY_STATE_CHANGES.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected that there should not be any differences between IRV_CUR_QUERY and IRV_QUERY_STATE_CHANGES.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run a query report to compare the query statuses among the three InForm Operation data tables (IRV_CUR_QUERY, IRV_QUERY_REVS and IRV_QUERY_STATE_CHANGES).
2. Verify the query results for differences between IRV_CUR_QUERY and IRV_QUERY_STATE_CHANGES.
