IGS Exposes The RIB Type With The Primary_supplier Field As Mandatory (Doc ID 2995190.1)

Symptoms

RMSSUB_XITEMLOC need primary_supplier which will be NULL for Complex Pack (not Orderable).

Steps :

1 - Create complex pack not Orderable by IGS XItem
2 - Try to add location to this complex pack not Orderable by IGS XItemLoc, subscription fail  as  "primary_supp" is expected.
