ECM Case Narrative Window Unretrievable After Moving Off Screen (Doc ID 2995218.1)

Symptoms

When the narrative window within an ECM case is opened, the user is able to completely move this window off the screen. There are no borders to keep the window in place to the left, right or down. Only the top has a border. Once moved off the screen, the narrative window cannot be retrieved. The only way to get it back is to exit and reopen the case.
