View Logger Screen is Blank for New Installation (Doc ID 2995313.1)

Symptoms

On AAI 8.1.2, the View logger screen is empty. While trying to view the log using the view logger the screen appears empty.



The logs are available on the server but not accessible from the GUI.

The following error appears in the deployed OFSAAI Web Server RevAppserver log:

org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not connect to SFTP server at "sftp://:***@/".
at org.apache.commons.vfs2.provider.sftp.SftpFileProvider.doCreateFileSystem(SftpFileProvider.java:107)
at org.apache.commons.vfs2.provider.AbstractOriginatingFileProvider.getFileSystem(AbstractOriginatingFileProvider.java:103)


This occurs for all batch types and is an issue from Batch Monitor screen only, The Operations -> Execution View Log screen is working without issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Operations -> Batch Monitor
2. Select a batch and View Log link
