Searching with ordering party name with exact name is not giving the result

Steps to reproduce

1. TF on
2. Access TF.
3. Go to Alert list summary page.
4. Click on search.
5. Provide the name.

Expected result:
The search should give result.

Actual result:
The search is not showing the related alert.
