On RMB v4., BSGENREG Batch Processing time is higher.

BSGENREG Batch is considering all the bill segments in the getJobWork and taking a long time to process.
It is found that in the case of millions of records, JOBOL batches seem to be taking more than the required time for completion or be stuck.

1. Execute the JOBOL batches with a huge volume of records, say a few million records
- Notice that Batch gets stuck in the middle or takes an unusually long time to complete
