Symptoms

Cases have been closed but status is still showing as Investigation

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
Example 1: Case was reopened, reassigned, closed, then viewed. Expected status is closed. Case status changed from closed to investigation.

Example 2: Case was reopened, closed , and viewed. Expected status is closed. Case status changed from closed to investigation.

Example 3: Case was reopened then viewed. Expected status is investigation. Case status changed from investigation to Closed. There were no closing actions taken.
