Duplicate Affected Items Are Being Added To ECO Change Orders (Doc ID 2996513.1)

Symptoms

Users are seeing that duplicate affected items are getting added to the change order.

The issue is verified by below Averify error.
Averify error AGIL-00075102 : E : REV table has bad data (find duplicate site X in table rev for item XXXX in change. )

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet as agile user
  2. Create new Change Order ECO001.
  3. Create new Item PART001.
  4. Open Eclipse, run SDK to add Item in the Affected Item.
  5. In Web Client, go to ECO001 > Affected Items tab.
  6. Verify added Item in the Affected Items table.
  7. Repeat step#4. Re-run SDK to add Item in the Affected Item.
  8. In Web Client, Go to ECO001 > Affected Items tab.
  9. Verify Item in the Affected Items table.
  10. PART001 is added as duplicate in the Affected Items table of ECO001.
