Unable To Export The Documents From Document Search Screen (Doc ID 2996624.1)

On : 19.0.1 version, Document Maintenance

Unable to export the documents from Document Search screen
When try to export the documents from Document Maintenance -> Document Search screen.
In the database we have >900 documents in the status Unresolved Match. When trying to search the documents in this status, the table on the Document Search screen shows only 300 rows. Export button also exports only 300 rows. I was unable to fetch more rows into the table scrolling full way down. The same behavior occurs for other statuses and search parameters.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Prerequisites: there are more than 300 documents in the database in Unresolved Match status.
1. Go to Document Maintenance -> Document Search screen.
2. In status filter select Unresolved Match. Click Search.
3. Click Export to excel button.
4. Scroll full way down and then click on Select All
5. Export the marked documents again.


Result: both files have 300 documents though there are more documents in the database. The label in the footer says: Rows Selected 300 though there are more documents in the database.
Expected result: There is no discrepancy between the amount of the documents in the database / exported files / label in the footer.
